Proportional security measures

Are passengers asking for more security? Even if they need to pay more for a trip? May travel time be longer due to security checks? Some European countries are researching for measures to be taken against terrorism. Like the so called Passenger Name Record (PNR) measure. At the EPF conference we saved more time for this issue. What is PNR and how does it influence travel? Can we just hop on international trains or do we need to book our tickets in advance?

Christopher Irwin from the EPF will answer all these questions in a presentation. After his presentation a Forum with Member of Euro parliament Wim van der Camp, Libor Lochman (CER) and Josef Schneider will discuss together with Christopher Irwin on these and other security measures.
